The Youth 2000 Summer Festival 2024 will take place
August 15th-18th at Clongowes Wood College, Co Kildare

Age
The retreat is for anyone aged 16-35, but everyone is welcome to join us for the Closing Mass on Sunday. (If you are U.18, please read your confirmation email particularly carefully and be sure to bring your booking form and ID with you on the weekend).
Cost: As always, the festival is Donation only!
The suggested donation per person is €80, but we ask attendees to only give what they can afford. If you are in a position to donate to cover the cost for those who cannot it will make a huge difference for the young people who could not otherwise attend.
The Summer Festival costs €80,000 to run, and we are committed to maintaining our ‘donation only’ model. It is really important to us that it remains possible for any young person to be able to attend who wants to, regardless of financial circumstance. Your support makes this possible!
Travel
We provide Free Buses from all across the country! Buses will travel to the festival on Thursday 15th and return on Sunday 18th. BOOK YOUR SEAT ON THE BUS HERE
We will also be publishing a new page with all the information for public transport options to travel to the school from nearby towns and public transport hubs.
Accommodation
Stay and eat on site, just bring a sleeping bag along with the usual necessities and everything else will be provided. Please register in advance to help us prepare for your arrival – it only takes a few minutes and even less if you have been before!

We are so looking forward to this year’s Summer Festival!
It promises to be a great weekend, with lots of great activities each day as well as the usual excellent speakers, inspiring talks and fantastic workshops. There will be lots of time for prayer and time to chill out, meet new people and experience the best of what it means to be young and Catholic today!
